4. Non Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and will be applied toward the total balance.The deposit is $50 per hour of booked time.If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be applied to the new event date, provided proper notice is given and availability allows. Remainder balance can be paid 3 days prior to the event date, or at the day of.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least one month prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.If cancellation occurs within one month, the deposit is non-refundable; however, clients may reschedule the booking within 1 year of the original event date, subject to availability.In the case of extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, flexibility will be offered and the client may opt to reschedule without penalty.
