Join us for our FREE four-week mindfulness program, conducted entirely in Urdu, designed to support Muslim senior women in the Halton community.
Our FREE Mindful Living Program is based on four weekly sessions of 2 hours each. Please fill out the application form below for the next cohort.

Our in-person program is at 330 Bronte St. South Unit # 201 Milton, ON.
We will learn techniques of mindful prayer, breathing exercises, mindful walking and eating, body awareness practices, and gratitude exercises. Through these activities, participants will learn methods to improve emotional well-being and enhance their overall quality of life.
