Join us for our FREE four-week mindfulness program, conducted entirely in Urdu, designed to support Muslim senior women in the Halton community.
We will learn techniques of mindful prayer, breathing exercises, mindful walking and eating, body awareness practices, and gratitude exercises. Through these activities, participants will learn methods to improve emotional well-being and enhance their overall quality of life.
This program is based on four weekly sessions of 2 hours each.
