STUDENT LOAN AGREEMENT & PAYMENT CONTRACT
KnokX-Pro Academy
This Student Loan Agreement & Payment Contract (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between KnokX-Pro Academy (the "Academy") and the undersigned student (the "Student"), effective as of the date of signing.
1. PAYMENT TERMS & LOAN FUND DISBURSEMENT
The Student acknowledges and agrees that upon approval and disbursement of loan funds from the third-party loan provider ("Flexxbuy"), the full tuition payment for the combined Beginners + Advanced 12-Month Program becomes immediately due.
The Student must remit full payment to KnokX-Pro Academy within 2 to 5 days of receiving the loan funds.
If the Student fails to make the required full payment within the 2 to 5-day period, the Student will no longer be eligible to continue training and will be immediately removed from the program.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT
If the Student fails to make full tuition payment within the specified timeframe, the Student acknowledges that:
a) Their enrollment in KnokX-Pro Academy will be terminated immediately.
b) They will be responsible for repaying Flexxbuy the full loan amount, plus any applicable taxes and fees.
c) They will also be liable to KnokX-Pro Academy for the initial non-refundable deposit of $1500 + $290, which covers the use of academy facilities and classes already attended.
3. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement ensures financial security for KnokX-Pro Academy, Flexxbuy, and the Student, guaranteeing that the Student receives full training until completion of the 12-month program.
The Student acknowledges that by accepting this loan and enrolling in the program, they are committed to completing their training and fulfilling their financial obligations as agreed.
4. LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ENFORCEMENT
By signing this Agreement, the Student confirms their understanding that failure to comply with the payment terms results in removal from the program and financial liability to both Flexxbuy and KnokX-Pro Academy.
The Student further acknowledges that KnokX-Pro Academy and Flexxbuy retain the right to take necessary legal actions to recover unpaid balances if the terms of this Agreement are breached.
5. STUDENT SIGNATURE & AGREEMENT
By signing below, the Student agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and acknowledges their responsibility to fulfill the payment obligations set forth herein.
