1. Minimum Sales Requirement
The Parties agree that the event is expected to generate a minimum of [$150 per hour] in sales. Note that most events have no problem meeting this requirement. In the event of severe weather, we would leave the event early, if necessary, and the hourly rate would be stopped once we leave.
2. Shortfall Payment
If the sales from the event do not meet the agreed-upon minimum sales requirement, the Host agrees to make up the difference by paying the Event Organizer, Ice Ice Baby Shaved Ice, the shortfall amount.
3. Payment Terms
The Host will pay the difference within [3 days] after the event ends. Payment will be made by [cashiers check, business check, zelle, or credit card]. Invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Illinois].
