Featuring our local creative community with a focus on handmade pieces of interest to the hundreds of mineral and fossil lovers in Central Alberta. This two day weekend event will run in the Silver Cove lot, and expected to draw a fun crew from across Red Deer & surrounding area. Details & application below:

Spacing Options & Weekend Rates:

6 foot table (table included, no tablecloth) $55.00

6 foot space (no table, bring your own) $40.00

10x10 space $70.00

10x10 space with pop up tent (bring your own) $70.00

Show Hours:

Saturday 10am-6pm

Sunday 11am-5pm

Setup: Saturday 8am-10am, Sunday 9am-11am

Note: Vendors must be in attendance for both days of the event, single day applications are not accepted.

Payment Deadline: Once approved, payments are due. Final layout is designed 14 days prior, so vendors must be paid at that time. Payment plans are not an option for these events. Once approved, we will send you an invoice via Shopify.

All items to be sold must be listed in the application, or you will be asked to remove them from your space. Food and health products must meet all health and safety guidelines & regulations. Multi-level marketing companies will not be permitted.

Vendors that attach logos, photos, etc will be featured on the Facebook event discussion.

No refunds will be offered for cancellation.

The markets run both Saturday (10am-6pm) and Sunday (11am-5pm). You must attend both days, and one day options are not available.

The market is outdoors and will be open rain or shine. If you choose to bring a tent (10x10 booths only), the appropriate weights will be required.

Parking is available along 61 st.

You may only sell what you specify in this application. If you are selling food products, they must be packaged and you must have all health/safety paperwork. Please note that multi-level marketing companies will not be permitted to vend with us.

By submitting this application, you agree that photos may be taken of you/your booth/your products and may be used in our online marketing.
