We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a key member of our sales team, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle while providing outstanding customer service. Your goal is to build strong relationships with customers, guide them through the car-buying process, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Provide product knowledge, including vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and respond to messages promptly.
Negotiate prices, financing terms, and close deals in a professional manner.
Maintain the dealership’s lot and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for sale.
Assist with paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales is a plus (but not required).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software.
