  • Filming/Photography Requirements:

    • Application must be submitted a minimum of 14 business days prior to request date.

    • A minimum of 1 million dollars of General Liability Insurance is required, along with a signed license agreement and release of liability for commercial shoots. * Insurance requirements may vary depending on use.

    • Fees will be determined once application is complete.

    • 2ND & PCH will receive credit as site location.

    • 2ND & PCH to be provided use of photos/video for their use with rights to modify and use content at their discretion.

    • Approved application must be available at all times when on property.

    • Do not impede traffic – pedestrian or vehicular – or block any storefronts.

    • Do not photograph any storefronts.

    • 2ND & PCH Security has the right to ask for or discontinuance of the shoot/filming at any time, for any reason.

    • Your agency is responsible for City permits as it pertains to your project.

    By signing below, you are acknowledging that all information provided is accurate and true. Rates and approvals are based on information provided within this application. Any details not listed within will not be permitted without written consent from property management. Additional fees may apply for overtime, security, utilities, or disruptions.

    Changes to this application after submittal may delay the approval process. Should your application be approved, additional documentation may be required. Drones are not permitted as part of the application process; city permits are required. Submittal of the application does not guarantee approval.
