HAVE ON HAND: A flexible tape measure (one typically used in sewing). OR you can use a piece of string to wrap around the correct point and measure the length used!

1. Measure 6.0 inches above the center of your kneecap
Find the point 6 inches above the center of your knee.
Measure the circumference around your leg at this spot.

2. Measure 4.5 inches below the center of your kneecap
Next, find the point 4.5 inches below the center of your kneecap.
Measure the circumference around your leg at this spot.
