Join us for a week of creativity and innovation! Our Summer Maker Camp is for middle school inventors who love to tinker, build, and explore. Students will use the Engineering Design Process with Tinkercad to design original creative projects for laser cutting and 3D printing.
12:30 – 3:30 PM: Storytelling Through Drama and Written Word
Welcome to an engaging storytelling camp designed to ignite creativity and expression in young writers and performers, helping them explore the art of storytelling through both dramatic performance and written narratives. Students will engage in drama games, improv, and characterization in a supportive environment. Students will also imagine a story, create original illustrations, publish a hand-bound version of their story and read their stories aloud at a local library.
August Camp: August 18-22

Discover the exciting connection between math and sports in this engaging summer enrichment class! Students will explore concepts like statistics, probability, geometry, and physics through real-world applications in the world of sports. This hands-on course makes math come alive through sports and will touch on the ways mathematical analysis is currently used in the world of sports. Perfect for athletes and math enthusiasts alike, this class will build problem-solving skills while making learning fun!

Sharpen your critical thinking skills this summer with an exciting enrichment class that explores strategy through board games! Students will dive into concepts like probability, logic, and decision-making while playing and analyzing games such as Settlers of Catan and other strategic favorites. Through hands-on gameplay and tactical challenges, they'll develop problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. Perfect for gamers and thinkers alike, this class makes learning strategy both fun and engaging!
