GPS Rental/Mapping Registration & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Follow My Challenge USA for your tracking and mapping needs!

All participants will use this form to:
- Submit participant information to Follow My Challenge USA
- Hire a SPOT rental device from Follow My Challenge USA OR
- Submit your personally owned tracker (SPOT, Garmin InReach, or Zoleo) information
- Submit payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required)
Additional Information:
- Rental SPOT devices will be distributed at the Grand Depart. ITT particpants needing a rental device should register at least two weeks prior to their attempt.
- All rental SPOTs require four AAA Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries (NOT PROVIDED)
- It is the responsibility of the event participants to return rental devices within 48 hours following the event.
- A return address will be provided in the payment confirmation email and is also available on the Follow My Challenge USA website.

Participant Agreement

Please carefully read and acknowledge the below items.
SPOT Rental Responsibility*

I am responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the SPOT rental up to the cost of the unit and service subscription. (~$200)I am responsible to promptly return the rental tracker to Follow My Challenge USA at the event (preferred) or in any case, within 48 hours of event completion.I assume all financial and legal responsibilities resulting from using the SOS button on the SPOT Tracker. NOTE: Use the SOS button ONLY when in critical, life-threatening situations.

The data displayed from my Tracker and broadcast online to the live map are for entertainment purposes only, are not intended to ensure participant safety and may not represent your actual finishing time.
