I have read, understood, and accepted the Bridge Ensemble Company handbook and agree to the following:*

I understand my student is required to pay company dues.I understand there may be additional fees outside of company dues (ie makeup kits, dance shoes, etc.)I have reviewed the Cambridge Theatre Calendar (performances, competition and events) and reserved dates as necessary. Any conflicts will be arranged with Mr. Kelley prior.I understand that volunteering is a requirement and will make every effort to have a family representative volunteer for a show and/or event/fundraiser.I understand that traveling is part of this course, and that my child will be asked to attend an off-campus event as part of their grade.I understand that all regular school rules will be enforced during trips including prohibitions on drugs, alcohol and smoking/vaping.I understand that my child's behavior reflects The Bridge Ensemble and the school, and I will help them behave and dress appropriately during travel time.I attended the Company Meeting in-person on May 14th or I watched the Company Meeting Re-Cap video, and I know what to expect.
