By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in participation of the AYSL Pickleball League:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in pickleball involves physical activity and carries the inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, that may arise from my participation in this event.

Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the AYSL Pickleball League, I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, their affiliates, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and all other parties associated with the event from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Medical Emergency
I authorize event staff or medical professionals to provide medical treatment to me in case of injury or emergency. I agree to cover any medical expenses resulting from such treatment.

Fitness to Participate
I certify that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in the pickleball event. I understand that I should consult a healthcare provider if I have any health concerns prior to participation.

Photographs and Media Release (Playoff Days Only)
I grant permission to the AYSL Pickleball League to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the playoff days of the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing, and advertising, without compensation.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and their representatives from any loss, liability, or expense arising from my participation in the event.

Refund Policy
I acknowledge that refunds will not be issued after May 1st, 2025, regardless of circumstances.
