We are pleased to share that room bookings at the new ASPRI-D Wall Papan Dormitory remain open.
During the initial booking phase, more than 45% of available beds were taken up, reflecting strong demand and interest from our members. Many others have also expressed keen interest to come on board but are currently bound by existing rental contracts with other dormitory operators—typically requiring about two months’ notice before termination.
If your company was unable to submit a booking during the initial window, you are still welcome to do so. Rooms are available, and you may submit your request via this booking form (subject to terms & conditions below).

- 20 small lorry parking lots ($150/month)
- 15 larger parking lots ($180/month)
3-months renewal basis. Subject to Dormitory Operator's review of tenants' requirements.
