Release of Liability Agreement
By purchasing a ticket(s) to The Rosie Pony Petting Farm hosted at Omni Winery and Taproom on April 13th, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in interacting with animals. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions, or property damage. By entering the premises and participating in activities at The Rosie Pony Petting Farm, you agree to release and hold harmless The Rosie Pony, its staff, Omni Winery and Taproom, and all associated parties from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your visit or any interaction with the animals.
This release applies to all individuals purchasing tickets, including those buying on behalf of minors. You accept full responsibility for the actions and safety of those under your care, including minors, and agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure their well-being during their visit.
By attending and purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept these terms.
