You can book and pay fornBreakfast Club using this form. Payment will need to be made at the end of the form unless paying through vouchers. If using vouchers, payment needs to be set up at the time of booking.

Our club at Crudwell CofE Primary School runs from Monday to Friday during term time:

Timings: 7.30am-8.45am

Cost: £6.50 per child

You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been completed.
