Terms and Conditions
1 - Limit of One Unit per Buyer
Each participant is limited to purchasing one unit.
2 - Payment Window
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the unit.
3 - Raffle Scope
This raffle secures one unit of the Cloudline V2 only. Additional components will be available for purchase separately under our RED Label collection.
4 - Included Components
Each board includes one default soldered PCB and one default aluminium plate.
5 - Ordering Additional Components
To purchase additional components, please place a separate order through our webstore. Select the self-pickup option at checkout and indicate in the notes section that you would like to consolidate your orders (e.g., "Please consolidate with Cloudline board order #69").
6 - Raffle Timeline
The raffle will be open from 4th June 2025 to 11th June 2025 2359 Hours GMT+8. Invoices will be sent within 3 days after the raffle concludes.
7 - International Orders
This raffle is open globally. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express to ensure the safety and security of this high-value item. We prioritize reliable delivery over lower-cost shipping options.
