I accept and acknowledge the following owner responsibilities and Club liabilites;

Adequate 3rd party liability insurance must be held and should also cover lifting and transporting.
Boats must be presented to the travel hoist by the owner or their representative, the owner must remain on site until the boat is safely in its cradle. The same applies to the launch.
Boats must have clean keels when presented or arrangement made to be scrubbed beforehand (see additional Chargeable Services.
Lift points clearly marked on the keel.
Electricity shall not be left connected to unattended boats, it is not provided for use of fan Heater, electric kettles or dehumidifiers, it will be disconnected from unattended boats and you may be denied its use in the future.
Ladders or means of access must be secured to the boat/cradle and taken down when not in use.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, dogs must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after.
The use of shot or sand blasting is strictly forbidden, owners are responsible for removing their own rubbish from site.
3rd party contractors must sign in at the office on arrival at the club.
