Getting Saucy - Volunteer Form

Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering on one of our fundraising committees. We are currently recruiting committee members in the following areas:

Sponsorship Team: Help us secure sponsors for the event and build relationships to support our mission.

Vendor/Competitor Team: Work with BBQ vendors and competitors to ensure an exciting lineup for our attendees.

Marketing Team: Assist with media outreach, social media, and event promotion.

Entertainment Team: Organize and secure family-friendly activities to keep our attendees engaged.

Time Commitment

We estimate a monthly time commitment of approximately 10 hours until the event day in October 2025.

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

 

As a volunteer, I release and hold harmless ALC and their successors from any and all claims, costs, suits, actions, judgments or expenses upon any damage, loss or injury to me or to my property which may arise from this volunteer event. 

 

I acknowledge that I am fully aware of any and all risks posed by these volunteer activities and that I have no medical condition that prevents me from engaging in them. 

 

 I also give permission to be photographed by project partners or the media for use in printed materials, through the internet or through other media outlets. 

 

In signing below, I acknowledge to be over 18 years of age and that I have read and understand this volunteer agreement.
