ACMS Member Acknowledgement Submission Form
This form is used to share updates for inclusion in an upcoming quarterly edition of the ACMS Bulletin magazine. Examples of submissions include member awards and achievements, member and past-member obituaries, and life announcements (such as births, weddings, etc.). Please include any pertinent information, including links and photos. Due to space constraints, ACMS may edit submissions to fit the space allotted for member acknowledgments. Submissions must be received by the first day of the final month of the quarter to be considered for that issue (for example, submissions for the April–June issue must be received by June 1).
