2025 Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase Indvidual Registration

10 things you need to know:

1. T-Shirts / Uniform Top will be included with registration.

2. Individual Registratrants will be placed on a "Showcase Individuals" Team.

3. The Team will have a State and Color to go with their team name. Example: Colorado Showcase Individuals - White

4. Showcase Individual teams will have between 7-9 players per team

5. Showcase Individuals will play a guarantee of 3 SHOWCASE games in Tier 1 Division.

6. 1st option of teams to play will be the other Showcase Individual teams.

7. Coaches will be assigned to each team. Volunteer coaches can be approved as well.

8. Varsity and "NON-Varsity" Players may register.

9. Expect to play 1 game on 3 consecutive days

10. Roster will reflect accurate assigned uniform # & info for college coaches

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR PARTICIPANTS

READ BEFORE SIGNING

IN CONSIDERATION OF , my child/ward, being allowed to participate in any way at the Host Site and Uprise Athletics Group and related events and activities, the Host Site/Uprise AG, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury to my child/ward from the activities in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2. I FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child/ward's participation; and,

3. I willingly agree to comply with the program's stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child/ward's readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child/ward from the participation and bring such attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

4. I for myself my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS. The Host Site/Uprise AG, its members, directors, officers, officials, agents, players, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners and Lessor of premises used to convert the event ("RELEASES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my child/ward's involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Host Site/Uprise AG/Natalie Burton, its members, directors, officers and employees, volunteers harmless from and against any and all suits of any nature or kind caused by, resulting from or in any way connected with the activity conducted on their premises whether or not caused by the active or passive negligence or other fault of company.

6. I, for myself, my spouse, my child's/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above RELEASES from any and all liabilities incident to my child's/ward involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Photo Release:

I grant Uprise Athletics group, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject .

I authorize its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Uprise AG may use such photographs of me/my registered child, with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Early Registration Pricing:
I understand that the Early Registration pricing is only valid through April 30th. Payments received after April 30th will be charged at the Regular registration price.

Early Reg. - $95 ($65+$30 Jersey) | Regular Regulation - $110 ($80+$30 Jersey)

Additional Event Update:

I understand there is a cost increase due to additional staffing, officials, and facility rental increase. I also understand there is a majority increase this year for DPS facilities requiring significant added hourly fees for mandatory additions of armed security, multiple unarmed security, along with multiple custodial workers to accommodate this event due to the new DPS Community Use Policy.

Refunds:

Eligible for full refund before regular registration ends. Eligible for partial refund after full registration ends. No refunds after late registration ends.
