• Self assessment

Infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, especially in the face of a difficult fetal diagnosis, significantly increase the risk of depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress. First, you are not alone! Second, we aim to be here for you, for your family, and ultimately for the health of your baby and future family as well. We provide this optional, ACOG-recommended self-assessment to provide you with information to act upon as you see fit. We have personally experienced delayed onset of many signs of trauma, depression and anxiety. So regardless of your self-assessment results or time of taking action in your perinatal journey, we're here for you. 🫶
