Interest Form for Booth Participation

The Travel Iowa Booth will be at the Iowa State Fair August 13-23, 2026.
If you are interested in working a shift* and showcasing your destination, please complete the form below. The Iowa Tourism Office will contact those who express interest to confirm participation after the form closes on May 1. Please allow approximately two weeks for the tourism office to follow up with you, confirming your volunteer time slot.

Benefits of signing up to work a shift:
- Travel Iowa booth is centrally located near high-traffic areas of the ISU and UNI booths.
- One ticket and one parking pass per volunteer for your volunteer day.
- Brochures displayed daily.
  - No need to carry heavy brochures; the Iowa Tourism Office will collect them in advance and ensure they are restocked throughout the fair.
- Thirty-second video (no sound) on booth display.
*Shifts are: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
