Participant Wavier & Agreement:
By submitting this registration and participating in the Saginaw Juneteenth Celebration Parade, I, on behalf of myself and my organization or group, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in the parade involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, walking or riding alongside moving vehicles, exposure to weather elements, and large crowds. I assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of myself, my organization members, and any participants associated with our group.

Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my organization, and any associated participants, hereby release and hold harmless the Saginaw Juneteenth Celebration Committee, its volunteers, organizers, sponsors, affiliates, COSBE INC and any associated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from or in connection with participation in the parade.

Compliance with Rules:
I agree that all participants in my group will comply with parade rules, instructions from event officials, and city ordinances. I understand that the Saginaw Juneteenth Celebration Committee reserves the right to remove any participant or entry that does not adhere to the established guidelines or that poses a risk to public safety.

Vehicle Safety & Conduct:
I understand that all vehicles in the parade must be in safe working condition, insured, and operated by a licensed driver. All drivers and participants are expected to exercise caution and follow directions from parade officials.

Media Consent:
I grant permission for the Saginaw Juneteenth Celebration Committee and its partners to photograph, record, or otherwise capture images and videos of our participation and use them in promotional materials, media coverage, or social media, without compensation or further permission.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Saginaw Juneteenth Celebration Committee, its sponsors, and COSBE INC from any claims, actions, or demands arising out of the participation of myself or my organization in this event.
