Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join Flip Aquatics as a Team Member. This person will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders and supporting various areas of the business as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving:
- Prepare, pack, and label orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory appropriately.
Cross-Training and Support:
- Assist in other areas of the business, including livestock care, and facility maintenance.
- Learn and perform multiple roles as needed to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Must be able to work independently and in group dynamics.
- Willingness to take initiative.
- Willingness to contribute and engage in group settings.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or interest in aquatics, fishkeeping, or related fields.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm
Salary:
• Starting Salary based on $16 per hour ($1,387.00 per pay on the 1st and 15th for full time + health care)
• Expected to work between 40 to 45 hour per week
