The UAA and ROW Steering Committee are looking forward to bringing the event back to Canada in 2026 for another spectacular international event.

This series has been held every three to four years since the early ’70s and has consistently been one of the greatest environmental research-based conferences to attend and we are excited to be coming to Vancouver, British Columbia in May of 2026.
Our Steering Committee is working on creating an amazing local field tour, engaging plenary session, educational academia panel, research programs, and more so mark you calendars now as you will not want to miss this in person event.

Sponsorship Currency & Exchange Rate Policy

All sponsorship contributions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). However, since this is an international event, sponsorship levels will be recognized based on the equivalent value in your local currency at the time of contribution.

For example, if a sponsorship level is set at $10,000 USD, your contribution will be considered at that level if the amount you provide matches the equivalent of $10,000 USD based on the current exchange rate.

This approach ensures fairness and consistency for all sponsors, regardless of their country of origin.

LOGOS:

Sponsors must provide one high-resolution color logo to conference organizers. Only one logo per company will be accepted to be utilized in the sponsor benefits listed above. No combination logos allowed.

• Payment in full is required within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
