Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at Dynamite Dance Factory’s 7th annual recital. We strive to offer our attendees a diverse variety of products and services that can cater to children and adults. We have limited spacing. Therefore, we are only accepting a certain amount of vendors. If selected after the reviewing process, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide a non-refundable 50 percent deposit. If the deposit is not paid, you will forfeit your vending reservation. We are NOT accepting multiple of the same type of business. This year, we can only have food vendors that have packaged items. We are expecting over 350 attendees to pass throughout our recitals.  Dynamite Dance Factory Recitals will be held at Chattahoochee Technical College in Dallas, Ga. Vendor required arrival Time: Between 11 and 11:45. We would like you to already be setup before our guests begin to arrive. Price: $150.00- One 6ft Table/Two Chairs Included (Must provide own table cloth) Non Refundable Deposit $75.00 is due at the time of form submission. The remaining balance is due on Friday, May 2nd. All vendors will be mentioned during the recitals with the DJ. We are asking for vendors to stay throughout both productions(A 1p and a 5:30 production). If accepted, the deposit towards the vendor booth can be paid via Zelle to the studio at dynamitedancefactory@gmail.com with the name of your business in the notes/memo.
