• Electronic Information Technology Accessibility (EITA) Vendor Questionnaire

  • FIT is committed to ensuring that all digital resources, including software, applications, and online platforms, comply with updated federal Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility (EITA) requirements. As part of this effort, we require vendors to complete this questionnaire to assess the accessibility of their products and services. The information provided will help us determine compliance with accessibility standards and identify any potential barriers for individuals with disabilities.

Your responses will be reviewed as part of our procurement and accessibility evaluation process. Please answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. If you have supporting documentation, such as a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or other accessibility conformance reports, please include them.

Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring an inclusive digital environment at FIT.
