BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
Each vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and display materials. All vendors will be limited to one booth space.Β
I understand that I am responsible for providing my own setup, including tents, tables, and display materials. I also acknowledge that all vehicles must be cleared from the vendor area by 8:30 AM and cannot return until 2:00 PM. I understand that early breakdowns are not permitted. Any premature departure must be carried out by hand.

LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT DETAILS
Load-in begins at 6:00 AM β all vendors must be set up by 8:30 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the event area by 8:30 AM. Vendors may not bring vehicles back in until 2:00 PM. Cleanup must be completed by 3:00 PM.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
All vendors must carry their own insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Apple & Dove Flower Co., 110 W. Main St., Gallatin, TN 37066 as an additional insured.
A Certificate of Insurance will need to be sent to info@appleanddove.com to be attached to this application. I understand that my application will not be approved without proof of insurance.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
The $150 vendor fee is due upon application approval to secure your space. Payment instructions will be provided upon approval. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Event is rain or shine. By submitting, I understand that my space is not secured until my payment is received and I further understand that vendor fees are non-refundable.
