Incoming 8th grade SAND Volleyball Camp
July 23rd & 24th. 10:30-noon Take your game to the next level at this 2 day camp. Train at a private sand court in Kalispell. Sand volleyball teaches players to anticipate and read the ball while increasing explosiveness, speed and agility. Players will learn what the beach term "sand legs" means. We will focus on techniques and skills in the sand and see how it translates to the indoor court. It's a great change of pace for players looking to add something new to their summer training.
