• 2025 Piedmont FOUNDER'S DAY

    OUTDOOR BOOTH APPLICATION
  • Event Date: Saturday, September 6th, 2025 / 9am-4pm
    Fee: $75 per 10x10 booth space
    Outdoor Address: Piedmont Baptist Church parking lot: 15 Jackson Ave NW. Piedmont, OK 73078. And outside of Piedmont Cuisine and surrounding area.

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Founder's Day Committee and Vendor Coordinator. You will be notified of your vendor status within 14 days of submitting application.

    If your application is approved, you will be sent an invoice via Square. Booth payment must be made within 2 weeks to avoid forfeiting your booth. 

    *This is a non-refundable rain or shine event!

    *This application is NOT FOR FOOD TRUCKS! We are full and no longer accepting food trucks for 2025 Founder's Day

    *We are FULL for drink vendors including lemonade vendors!

    *Electricity will not be offered outside. You are welcome to bring a quiet inverter generator with max 56 dba noise level.

    *We limit businesses with the same type of product. We understand this is a large event with thousands of customers and handmade vendors will all be unique, even when selling the same type of products. Everyone will be spaced out accordingly and if we have reached capacity with your type of business, we will reach out and put you on a waiting list. If you are a Direct Sales business (Scentsy, Mary Kay, Usborne, etc) we do only allow one vendor per company.

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    *All equipment (tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.) must be furnished by the vendor.


    *Outdoor set up times will be Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. And Saturday starting at 6am. Security will be on site overnight. You will receive instructions and your booth number from the vendor coordinator within 7 days of the event with further set up details. 


    *Barricades will be placed at intersections for the parade at 8:30 am, therefore no vehicles will be allowed into or out of the event area after 8:30 am. You must be unloaded and have your car parked before 8:30am.


    *Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. Please observe these areas and help us make this day go smoothly.

     

    *Cars parked in the alleys or at the post office or in handicapped or anywhere within our event area – are detrimental to the traffic flow and the safety of our pedestrians. Thank you for helping us and parking in the designated areas. Shuttles are available from the parking areas.


    *Police will be monitoring the barricades during the parade.

     

    *This is a non-refundable event and will take place rain or shine.

     

    *Electricty will not be available outdoors this year. Only quiet inverter generators with max 56 dba noise level will be allowed.


    *No booths shall be taken down before 4:00 p.m.


    *Vendors cannot sell or display anything obscene, lewd, illegal, and offensive or that might be deemed inappropriate to the community.

    *No alcoholic beverage distribution is allowed on or near the church property.


    *The Piedmont Founder’s Day Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display by a vendor of any item or items deemed inappropriate. If the vendor fails to follow these rules, they will be asked to leave without a refund of their registration fee.
