Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our market! We carefully curate our vendor selection to ensure a diverse and balanced marketplace, allowing everyone an equal opportunity to succeed. To maintain variety, we strive to limit the number of vendors selling the same type of products. Please complete the form below to be considered for participation. Once completed, we will reach out if chosen for payment accommodations. Fees must be paid within 48 hours after acceptance. Vendor dues are non-refundable. I understand that vendor selection is curated and that my application does not guarantee a spot.

Participation Requirements: Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, displays, and any necessary materials for their setup. Vendors must participate in the event themes by incorporating them into their inventory, booth decor, and/or costumes, as we are trying to provide a more immersive customer experience
Liability & Responsibility: Vendors acknowledge that Jane & Jensen Vintage and Tinta Sangre Gallery are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or damages that may occur on or around the event premises. Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, equipment, and any actions related to their participation in the market. By signing this application, the vendor releases Jane & Jensen Vintage and Tinta Sangre Gallery from any liability or claims related to their participation in the market.
Market Conduct & Setup: Vendors must adhere to the event’s setup and breakdown times. Booth spaces must be kept clean and professional throughout the event. Any vendor found violating market rules may be asked to leave without a refund. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: The event will proceed as deemed safe by the organizers. No refunds will be given, but credit may be issued for weather-related cancellations unless specified by the event organizers.
I understand and agree to all terms listed above, and I am responsible for obtaining any license or registration needed for the items I sell. Vendor dues for this market are $40 that I agree to pay within 48 hours after acceptance.
