2025-2026 ASC REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2025-2026 After School Care Program opens April 12, 2025 at 8:00am.

Due to limited personnel, only 75 children will be accepted initially.  Acceptance will be determined based on time/date of sign up.  All others who register before May 1 will be placed on a waitlist.  As additional employees are hired, more children will be accepted.  Only full-time registrations will be accepted.  There will be no part-time or drop-in service requests accepted.

A nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 per child is required upon notification of acceptance.

After school care fees for 2025-2026 enrollees are:
     $65.00 per week for one child
     $120.00 per week for two children in the same family
     $170.00 per week for three children in the same family
     $215.00 per week for four children in the same family

Only students enrolled in Kindergarten-8th Grades for 2025-2026 are eligible for After School Care services.  Preschoolers are not accepted to the ASC program.

On normal school days, after school care is offered from dismissal until 6:00 pm.

Additionally, care may be available through the ASC program on certain early release and non-school days on a first-come/first-served basis.  The cost for such ASC program services will be $35.00 on early dismissal days (care offered from the noon dismissal until 5:30 pm) and $55.00 on non-school days (care offered from 7:30 am-5:30 pm).  A tentative list of these dates will be available on the school website by May 6, 2025.

Beginning May 24 at 8:00am, you may sign up for ASC "extra" dates for 2025-2026 via the link provided by school email or by accessing that link from the school homepage (the link will be in the Click and Go! section).  If plans change after an extra days reservation is made, you may undo your reservation up to two weeks before the date reserved.  If you do not undo your sign-up before the two-week time frame, you will be charged for the day even if your child does not attend.

Please do not abuse the additional childcare dates signup by "reserving" dates you don't anticipate needing.  This creates staffing issues for the ASC program and prevents other families from making use of the option.

Please include the child(ren) listed below in the After School Care Program for the 2025-2026 school year.  We understand that this form will be used to determine enrollment and billing.

By May 5, we will contact all families who register by May 1 to let them know their acceptance/waitlist status.  The following payment instructions apply to families whose children are accepted.

For families opting to pay ASC charges by check, you must mail your payment for the $50.00 per child deposit fee no later than May 9, 2025, or your registration will be canceled and your spot(s) will be offered to another family.

For families opting to pay ASC charges via an ACH pre-authorized agreement and who have not provided SVdP with a completed ACH authorization form, you must submit that ACH authorization form no later than May 9, 2025, or your registration will be canceled.  A copy of the ACH pre-authorized agreement form will be attached to the confirmation email you receive after submitting this form.  Return that form to the address referenced above or drop off at the school office.

The $50.00 per child deposit fee for families opting for the ACH pre-authorized payment option will be processed on May 15.

Registration is not complete until deposit payments or the ACH authorization forms are received.
