I understand that the Plumbing Inspection Fee is $150 (which includes a Rough-In, Top-out, and Final Inspection). Any re-inspections will be an additonal $25.

Once you submit this form, our office will contact you at the phone number you provided to take payment for these inspections. Please give 24 hour notice for inspections. No inspections after 3pm.
