Cancellations/Substitutions/Refunds

You may cancel your registration no later than 7 days prior to the day of training. If you need to cancel less than 7 days prior to the training, you may transfer your registration to a future course held within 12 months.

Registration and payments made within three (3) days of course commencement may be subject to cancellation if funds are not received by course commencement. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from PMP which stipulates that payment and registration guidelines have been met.
