The 2026 Phoenix Specialty Committee seeks your input regarding our judge for the 2026 Concurrent Specialty to be held on January 31, 2026 at the Heart of the Desert Classic.  The names shown below are Cluster panel judges who are availabe to us and licensed to judge the Portuguese Water dog.
