HEALTH SUMMIT MISSION: The Puerto Rican Agenda Health Summit emerged out of the need to mitigate health inequities experienced by the Puerto Rican community. Building on the 2021 and 2022 health summits' action items and policy recommendations, this event will provide a forum on the health and social well-being of Puerto Ricans living in Chicago, the Midwest Region, and the diaspora. Approximately 100 people are expected to participate for this in-person event. We look forward to having you be apart of our agenda towards advancing health equity in the Puerto Rican/Latine community.
