Adoption Fees & Payment Information
Adoption fees must be paid within 30 days of starting the foster-to-adopt process.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs: $300

-If the dog is not yet spayed/neutered, adopters will receive a $150 voucher via email.

Cats (already altered): $125
Kittens: $150

-Includes a $75 spay/neuter voucher if not yet altered.

All adoption fees help cover age-appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping.

Transport Fee (Out-of-Area Adopters):

$75 (within 150 miles)
Transport fees must be paid in advance.

If your adopted dog has not yet been altered, you may choose to:

Apply the $150 voucher as a credit with your preferred veterinarian, or donate the amount to our emergency medical fund.
Sumitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a pet, nor does it guarantee you will get that pet. It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family and lifestyle.

I understand that completing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a pet, and that the application is a tool to help Relief Angels determine if this pet and my family are a good fit for each other. I acknowledge that all information provided on this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentations may result in my not being approved and/or removal of the adopted dog from my possession. I also certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.

I agree to allow a representative from Relief Angels to contact my vet for a reference and also agree to allowing a home visit prior to and/or shortly after adopting this dog. If I am approved to adopt a dog, I agree to pay a non-refundable adoption fee and hand sign an adoption contract at the time of adoption.

I understand that all dogs adopted from Relief Angels will be vaccinated as age appropriate as possible prior to adoption. I also understand that Relief Angels will only Spay/neuter pets after they are old enough for the health and safety of the pet. It is my responsibility to do so if adopting a pet that has not been altered yet.
