Drums & Percussion Session Booking Terms & Procedures
Thank you for considering my work for your project! I look forward to collaborating with you! Before we get started, here are a few helpful things to note. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQs section on my website or send me a DM on IG (@kysonstokerdrums).
Session Outline:

- Studio sessions are intentionally crafted to add any drums and/or percussion needed to one song, start to finish. If you have multiple songs or projects, I would love to work on them with you! I simply ask that you fill out a new booking request form for each individual song.

- When you're ready to book, you begin by sending me a handful of .wav stems (song, isolated vocal, and any drum reference files) and a few notes about your song via this session request form. This helps me get to know what you're looking for with your project.

- After taking a look at your request, I send you a confirmation email to establish a date to meet in-person or virtually and add drums to your song. This email will also include a link to pay the non-refundable $80 deposit to secure your session.

- Studio sessions can take place remotely or in-person. My in-person studio is located in Nasvhille, TN. If you choose to book a remote session, we will arrange your preferred form of communication/collaboration at the time of booking. You must be available for real-time collaboration during your remote session time.

- For in-person sessions:

You come into the studio at our scheduled date/time. I show you a first draft drum part, you give me feedback and we workshop any changes you'd like to see. We then add any finishing touches and I send you home with the final drum/percussion stems.

- For remote sessions:

On the scheduled date, I send you a draft around at the beginning of your session time. You listen to the take and respond with any questions and/or feedback. During our session time we virtually workshop any changes you'd like to see. I add any finishing touches and send you the final drum/percussion stems sameday.

*Final payment is due at the time of your session.

Pricing:

- Session fees start at $200 per session. This includes one song that is five minutes or less in duration. For each additional minute threshold crossed, the price will increase by $30.

For example: Booking a session for a song that is 4m38s will cost $200.
Booking a session for a song that is 5m15s will cost $230.

- Session fees are calculated as described above. I require a non-refundable $80 deposit to book your session. This deposit is due at time of booking via the confirmation email, and will go towards your final session fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.
