Bundanon Providore Market – Stallholder Terms and Conditions
Location
The Bundanon Providore Market will be held at the Forecourt of the Boyd Education Centre, adjacent to Bundanon’s Art Museum and Ramox Café.
Locally Made and Grown
The Bundanon Providore Market invites local producers of food, skincare, and other natural products to participate in the Make Good Festival on 17-18 May. To be eligible to join as a stallholder, you must demonstrate that your products are locally grown or made. Once your Expression of Interest (EOI) or application is accepted, you are required to ensure that the products and their quality remain consistent with your original proposal.
Product Safety
Vendors are responsible for ensuring the safety of both their products and their stall set-up, ensuring public and personal health and safety. You must obtain any necessary licenses or permits relevant to your products and demonstrate your capacity to meet the requirements outlined in your application. Examples include certification for skincare ingredients, proper labelling, and compliance with Australian Product Standards. If you are unsure if your product meets these standards, please consult Product Safety Australia via this link.
Sales
Vendors are responsible for managing their own sales, including collecting any applicable sales taxes, handling banking fees, and covering additional costs such as insurance. Please note there is no ATM on-site; therefore, mobile Point of Sale (POS) readers are highly recommended.
Fees and Charges
Participation in the Make Good Festival 2025 as a vendor is free for local producers. This initiative is designed to support local businesses by providing an opportunity to reach new audiences during the festival.
Market Promotion and Images
Bundanon will promote the Providore Market through various platforms, including the Bundanon website. We may use selected images and written content to highlight your business. By participating in the market, you consent to Bundanon using any provided images or content for promotional purposes related to the market.
Insurance
Vendors are required to hold a current Public Liability Insurance Certificate with a minimum coverage of $20 million to participate in the Providore Market. Vendors must ensure they have relevant coverage for their specific products (e.g., skincare, children's products, etc.).
Available Market Stalls
Market stall allocations will be made at the discretion of the event organisers.
Arrival Times and Set-Up
Please note that parking and drop-off space at Bundanon is limited. To ensure a smooth set-up, please adhere to the arrival times provided by the event organisers and follow the directions of Bundanon staff on-site.
Pack-Up and Exit
Vendors are required to remain at their stalls for the full duration of the event and are not permitted to pack up before the advertised closing time.
Domestic Animals
Bundanon is a wildlife refuge, and as such, domestic animals are not permitted anywhere on the Bundanon property, including parking areas. Registered assistance animals are permitted.
Liability for Stock
Vendors waive any claims against Bundanon in the event of loss or damage to stock. Vendors are responsible for insuring their stock and display equipment against loss or damage.
Cancellation of Market Stall and Participation
If selected to participate, you are required to be present for the entire duration of the event. If you are unable to attend, you may designate a representative to manage your stall. Please inform the event organisers of any such changes in advance.
Cancellation of Event
Bundanon reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation, vendors will be notified.
