Medication at MindPlus

Please let us know if your child needs medication during their MindPlus day.

This could be a one-off, or ongoing, or if a change is needed.

All information below is required. This will go into Hero, then your child's MindPlus teacher will know exactly what to give, when and how to give this. They will update your child's Medication Log in Hero when the medication is given and you will be able to see this in your Hero account.

Any and all medication must be handed to the MindPlus teacher, who will store it safely. Medication is not to be left in your child's school bag as this is a health and safety risk.
