  • Important Event Information

    Please ensure you have read the schedule for all terms and conditions.

    Event begins at 9.00am on 7th November, and ends at 4.30pm. Booth setup begins at

    Friday 6th October                     1.00pm - 6.30pm - Trade Set Up Indoor & Outdoor

    Saturday 7th November             7.00am - 8.30am - Trade Set Up Indoor & Outdoor

    Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.

    Booth clean up can begin  

    Saturday 7th November                   Any time after 4.30pm, until 7pm - Indoors    

    Sunday 8th  November                    Outdoors 8.30am to 3pm

    An Invoice will be sent once your application has been processed.

    Payment by Card or Internet Banking

    A reciept will be sent on receipt of payment.
