How many equipment, production supply, costume vendors are you renting from?

What is your best guess at the REPLACEMENT value of all the gear you’re planning on renting?

This is not the rental fee you pay the vendors, it’s the replacement value of the gear if lost/damaged. If unknown right now we may have to adjust pricing later for high replacement values.

Are you planning on renting from Panavision?

If yes, please note they have VERY strict insurance requirements and it may require upping the rented equipment limit on our policy.

Would you like us to handle your permitting coordination?

Do you have any stunts? (If yes, please provide a short description of the stunt, including the location of the cast and crew during the stunt)

Please Note: to schedule stunts and/or policy increases (for vendors that require a higher aggregate or per-occurance limit) we require the project to onboard at least 10 business days prior to the start of the shoot. For projects shooting in under 10 days a rush fee may be applied due to the coordination required for stunts and policy increases.
