2025년 한인생활상담소의 청소년 여름 리더십 프로그램에 참가하세요! 아시아계 미국인 중고등학생들이 리더십 기술을 개발하고 멘토링에 참여하며 지역사회의 변화를 주도할 수 있는 특별한 기회입니다.
여름 리더십 프로그램은 멘토링, 체험 활동, 공동체 활동 등을 통해 청소년들에게 필수적인 리더십 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 참가자들은 팀 빌딩 활동, 프리젠테이션, 게임 등에 참여하게 되며, 이를 통해 자신감과 문제 해결력 및 옹호 역량을 키우고 나아가 학교와 지역사회에 긍정적인 변화를 창출하게 될 것입니다.

올해 여름 리더십 프로그램에 지원하려면 아래 링크에서 신청서를 작성, 제출하세요. 청소년과 성인으로 구성된 패널이 지원서를 검토하며, 지원서에 대한 사려 깊고 진정성 있는 답변과 다양성(학생의 성별, 인종, 지역적 대표성, 생활 경험 등)을 고려하여 객관적인 기준에 따른 다양한 요소를 심사합니다.

Apply below for Korean Community Service Center's 2025 Summer Leadership Institute, a unique opportunity for Asian American middle and high school students to develop leadership skills, engage in mentorship, and become changemakers in their communities.
The Summer Leadership Institute is designed to equip youth with essential leadership skills through mentorship, hands-on activities, and community engagement. Participants will engage in team building activities, presentations and games that will foster confidence, problem-solving, and advocacy skills to create positive change in their schools and communities.

Not provided – Participants must arrange their own transportation or coordinate carpools.

Snacks, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Provided from Monday evening – Friday morning.

Application & Selection Process:

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of youth and adults using an objective rubric that considers various factors for commitment (including thoughtfulness and authenticity of responses to application prompts) and diversity (including students’ gender, ethnicity, geographical representation, and lived experiences).
