参加費用/ Participation Fee：
一般（中学・高校生を含む）チーム：S＄150、非会員追加費用 S＄20/１名
中学生・高校生のみのチーム：S＄100、非会員追加費用 S＄10/１名
※メンバーの中に一名でも成人がいる場合、一般のチームでの登録となります。
General (Base Team Fee): S$150, Non-member additional fee: S$20 per person
Junior High ＆ High School (Base Team Fee): S$100, Non-member additional fee: S$10 per person
※If a team includes even one adult member, it will be registered as a General team.
注意事項/ Points to Take Note of：
- 名前、会員番号の入力間違いにご注意下さい
- 同一人物の複数チーム登録は不可です。
- 各チームには、審判表に従って担当試合の審判をお願いします。
- 主審1名、塁審2名、ホームランゾーン1名の計4名の選出をお願いします。
- 参加費は代表者もしくは、請求指定先の日本人会会員番号に請求させて頂きます。
- 申込みフォームにはチーム登録費用の他に、非会員の方がメンバーに含まれる場合は、非会員追加費用と合わせて自動計算で合計金額が表示されます。ご確認ください。
- 会員番号未取得者は 非会員となります。
- 当日雨天等による中止、棄権、出場辞退、放棄などいかなる理由があっても締切後の参加費の返金はお受けできません。ご了承ください。
- 参加費には、傷害保険料も含まれています。
- 試合には、女子の選手が常時２名以上出場している必要があります。
- 1チーム18名まで選手登録ができます。
- 日本人会会員の方は、会員証を、非会員の方は身分証明書（パスポートコピー等）を大会当日は必ず持参下さい。
- 各チーム第一試合の前に参加者の会員証・身分証明書確認を行います。
- Please take care not to make any mistakes when entering your name or membership number.
- Multiple team registrations by the same individual are not allowed.
- Each team is required to provide referees for their assigned matches according to the referee schedule.
- Please select a total of 4 referees: 1 plate umpire, 2 base umpires, and 1 for the home run zone.
- Participation fees will be charged to the representative or to the designated JAS member number for billing.
- In addition to the team registration fee, if non-members are included in the team, the additional non-member fees will be automatically calculated and displayed together with the total amount on the registration form. Please check carefully.
- Those who do not yet have a membership number will be treated as non-members.
- Please note that participation fees are non-refundable after the application deadline, regardless of cancellation due to rain, withdrawal, non-attendance, forfeiture, or any other reason.
- Participation fees include accident insurance coverage.
- At least two female players must be on the field at all times during each game.
- Each team may register up to 18 players.
- JAS member must bring their membership card, and non-members must bring a valid ID (such as a copy of their passport) on the day of the tournament.
- Membership cards and IDs will be checked for all participants before each team’s first game.
