Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor during the highly anticipated Crossroads Music & Market, happening Saturday, September 20th, 2025 from 11am - 8pm on the Village Green (111 Henry St.) in downtown Lake City! This event will feature artisan style vendors, food trucks, dance performances, live college football, a car show, and live music bands. Crossroads Music & Market is presented by the Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce.
In order to make this event as enjoyable and prosperous as possible for all involved, a limited number of vendors will be accepted. All vendors are required to setup between 9am-10:30am. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by 10:30am. Vendor spaces will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
For safety reasons, vendors may NOT begin breakdown before 6pm!
Each application will be reviewed for consideration. Should you be accepted, a representive of the Chamber will contact you with a link to submit payment (Square).
The deadline to submit applications and payment is Thursday, September 4th. All applications and payments received and considered after that date will be subject to a $50 late fee.

ARTISAN VENDORS
The fee for each artisan vendor space is $75 per 10x10 spot. Tables, tents, and chairs are NOT provided. At this time, only handmade, craft style vendors, or those offering information/services deemed relevant to festival attendees are being considered to participiate. We require a description and a photo, along with general pricing, of what you are proposing to sell.
You MUST obtain a City of Lake City Speical Event Business License (HERE) if you are notified that your application is accepted! In partnership with the City of Lake City, we were able to secure a reduced rate of $1 ($4.35 if paying with card).

FOOD TRUCKS/FOOD VENDORS
The fee for food trucks/food vendors is $150. We require a photo or your setup and menu, along with general pricing, of what you are proposing to sell upon submital of this application to avoid duplication and to asure sales.
You MUST obtain a City of Lake City Speical Event Business License (HERE) if you are notified that your application is accepted! In partnership with the City, we were able to secure a reduced rate of $1 ($4.35 if paying with card).
All food trucks/food vendors must abide by SCDHEC laws, and those of the Lake City Fire Marshal. Food and beverage vendors must also complete and submit the Florence County Hospitality Tax Form (HERE).

The submittal of this application is not a guarentee of acceptance into the event. The Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any application. All decisions are final. Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state laws.
