2025 Spring Services Agreement

I Agree to the work I have Selected below to be performed on my vessel. To carry my own insurance for fire, theft, storms and vandalism, also to hold South Bay Marina NY LLC free from all claims as a result of the same

That South Bay Marina NY LLC is not responsible for any customer's items (i.e. canvas, batteries, etc. That my boat will be picked up within 7 days of completion. Boats that are not picked up within 7 days of completion are subject to a $70 per day storage fee
Shrink Wrap and Camper Canvas
