I acknowledge that Prime Credit in 72 will protect my personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. My data will not be exposed, shared, or used for any purposes other than credit repair services. I understand that all information will be kept confidential.
Release of Liability
I understand that Prime Credit in 72 will take all necessary steps to repair my credit; however, I release the business from any liability arising from potential errors or delays in the credit repair process, provided that they act in good faith. Any reports subjected to more than 10 accounts will take up to 11 business days for results. I have discussed that I am responsible for building or maintaining my credit score and not the credit sweeper.
