This breathwork ceremony (“the Activity”) with Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Specialists Ashley Grant and Angela Hauck is a system of guided actions that can result in intense physical and emotional release. Breathwork is a transformational process that combines breathing techniques with sound and music to create an incredible physical and spiritual experience. It is a simple, safe, and extremely effective practice for experiencing breakthroughs and optimal wellness in your life.

**Important Contraindications:**
This style of breathwork is *not advised* for individuals with a history of the following conditions:
✅ Angina or Heart Attack
✅ High Blood Pressure (uncontrolled)
✅ Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
✅ Osteoporosis or Recent Physical Injuries/Surgery
✅ Severe Mental Illness, Bipolar Disorder, or Psychosis
✅ Seizure Disorders
✅ Personal or Family History of Aneurysms
✅ Use of Major Medications or Impairment from Drugs or Alcohol
✅ Lyme Disease

⚠️ **Pregnant women** are advised not to participate without prior consultation and approval from their healthcare provider.
⚠️ **Asthma patients** should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician prior to participating.

## Participation Waiver & Liability Release
By participating in this breathwork experience blending breath, sound, and movement (the “Event”), hosted by Ashley Grant and Angela Hauck (the “Host”), you agree to the following terms:

- I certify that I am physically, emotionally, and medically capable of participating in the Activity.
- I understand and acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with the Activity.
- I release and discharge the Hosts and their representatives from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from my participation in the Event.
- I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver and Release and accept its contents and impacts.

## Terms of Service
- I agree to comply with all instructions and rules provided by the Hosts during the Event and will behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
- I understand that the Hosts reserve the right to exclude me from the Event if I fail to comply with these terms or if I pose a risk to myself or others.
- By participating in the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
