TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A) Proximity gate passes are available only to registered seasonal campers.
B) Only registered campers (seasonal or overnight), your registered overnight guests or day guests with valid wristband as proof of entry,will be permitted to enter with the gate pass holder.
C) Gate passes are not transferable. They will be activated when the completed Licence of Occupation is received and seasonal fees are paid in full. They will be automatically deactivated on October 15th of the same year unless extended camping arrangements are made, in which case it will be deactivated upon check out.
D) The cards are for your use only and you will not be required to submit the cards at the end of the season. They are reusable for the following season, beginning May 1st. provided the yearly Licence of Occupation is completed in full, with all of the required documents attached and your seasonal fees are paid in full.
E) Fees are annual for use of the gate passes. Gate passes remain the property of Windmill Point Park & Campground and may be revoked at any time.
F) Gate passes will/may be revoked or suspended at any time if your account is not in good standing or if the rules and policies of the campground have been violated.
G) If you do not wish to purchase the use of a gate pass, you will have to enter through the main entrance. It will be closed after hours and you will have to park outside of the gate and walk to your site. Your vehicle can enter the campground once the main entrance gate is opened in the morning.
H) Anyone causing damage to the gate/gate system will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
BY SUBMITTING AND SIGNING THIS APPLICATION, I AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH.
