Humane Ohio offers low-cost spay/neuter services to the public, with prices ranging from $45–$90 for cats and $175–$225 for dogs.

If you can afford this cost, you do not need a voucher — you can book your pet’s appointment directly with them here: Humane Ohio Appointment Scheduling

If you need additional financial assistance, you may qualify for a voucher through our program.

Important Notes:
- You must already have a scheduled appointment at Humane Ohio before requesting a voucher. If you haven’t scheduled one yet, please do so before continuing.
- A limited number of vouchers are available each month.
- No more than 10 vouchers per person per month (requests beyond this will not be honored).
- You must submit a separate request for each animal.
- If a voucher is available, you will receive an email confirmation with voucher details to show at your pet’s appointment.

This voucher covers a portion of each cat’s spay/neuter cost through Humane Ohio. You will be responsible for a co-pay, which must be paid directly to Humane Ohio at the time of drop off.
